Ever experienced betrayal from your own people, and the feeling of sadness that seeps in afterward? This appeared to be the case with Winston, a popular Dachshund, who seemed unhappy at how long his dog owners took to come home in this adorable video.

In Netflix’s “You” style situation, everyone’s “favorite wiener” proved he was a watcher as he gawked out of the window with a dash of resentment for his owners, who left him alone at home, only to return hours later.

Dog isn’t happy owners broke their promise of being ‘right back’ in funny video

Perhaps the most difficult part about being a pet parent is leaving your furry baby at home, even if it is for a couple of hours. There is something about their yearning eyes whenever you step out of the door that makes it all the more difficult, and Winston clearly said he was not having it anymore.

This funny video showed the tiny dog eagerly waiting for his owners to return home after they broke their promise to “be right back.” No, they were not right back, failing to keep their word to the tiny Dachshund and returning about one too many hours.

The text over the post explained, “When the humans come home 4 hours later after saying ‘be right back.’” As for Winston, the clip that the tiny wiener’s parents captured from outside showed him gazing from the window in heavy anticipation. He was likely preparing a long speech that posed possible “where were you” or “how could you break your promise,” or other similar questions. Despite seeming unhappy, the pooch looked adorable as he looked forward to reuniting with his parents.

In the video’s caption, the dog owners joked, writing from his point of view, “Literally just move out.” Commenters agreed with Winston’s frustration as one user wrote, “The abandonment is real!!!” Another individual quipped that the Dachshund “definitely took a s**t in either your shoe or bed,” while a third called it the “ultimate betrayal.”
